We have a 2 hour minimum. The majority of our services will fall within this category.
| Rates for Other Services: | Quoted on an individual basis |
Rates for services such as web design, social media, desktop publishing, SCEIP, Google Places, Google AdWords, Tail Gate Safety Materials and contract review will be quoted on a per project basis.
| RUSH, Evening or Weekend Hours: | 25% surcharge added |
We do not normally work evenings or weekends but we will try to accommodate special circumstances.
| Terms and Conditions: |
* Expenses that we incur such as copying, supplies, postage/courier, packaging, printing, mileage and any special materials or other expenses directly related to our service will be charged at actual cost in addition to our hourly fees.
* We invoice weekly on Monday’s for the preceding week. Invoices are due upon receipt.
* We are a “green” company so we invoice by email only.
* Rates are in US dollars
* We accept cash, check and, if paid through PayPal we also accept several credit cards
* We charge a $50.00 fee for non-sufficient funds
* We reserve the right to stop work if an invoice is overdue
